Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or working through patterns as a couple, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

I work with clients ages 18 to 100! I offer support regardless of gender identities, and abilities, offering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic space. I have extensive training in attachment-based relational therapies for Individuals and Couples, as well as somatic approaches, CBT , wholistic recovery and deep empathic listening. My work is guided by compassion and a commitment to adapting my counselling approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
