Welcome! I am Liz Babcock the Owner and primary practitioner at Lotus Thai Massage and Wellness
I offer both Body - Centred Therapy through the art of Traditional Thai Massage and emotional and psychological support through Registered Counselling and Relational Psychotherapy. We operate these offerings from our beautiful studio in Downtown Nelson, BC.
You will find I have a nurturing style and all therapy is held with compassion and loving kindness. I support clients of all ages and abilities with chronic and acute conditions as well as stress, anxiety and grief.
